Our goal is to permit anyone to successfully consume and interact with any content on our website. Whether you are using assistive technologies like a screen reader, a magnifier, voice recognition software, or captions for videos, our goal is to make your use of our website a successful and enjoyable experience.

Everyday our staff prioritizes and devotes significant resources to consistently enhance the accessibility of our website. Although we are proud of the efforts that we have completed and that are in-progress, we are always eager to hear feedback to identify additional ways that we can get closer to the goal of true equal access for all. 

Here are some common ways that we can help:

1. Difficulties with Tamper Proof Caps - We recognize that the tamper proof features on some of our products can make it very difficult to open for some of our customers. We are happy to provide non tamper caps upon request.

2. Additional languages: We are happy to work with you to translate any of our content into your native language upon request.

3. Screen Reading Software: As the inventors of Tracerz Scent Markers for Blind Dogs we have a special passion for issues related to blindness. We recognize that there are countless different types of screen readers, however most persons with visual impairments cannot afford $1000's of dollars for expensive screen reading software. Accordingly, every single day at Innovet Pet Products we are constantly tuning our website to work with the free open source screen reading software at nvaccess.org

4. Non Color graphics and charts: The color schemes of our more complex visual elements are intended to illustrate key data points, however we do recognize for the 10+ million Americans that have color blindness, this feature designed to help can also create added difficulty. Accordingly, upon request we are happy to provide B&W or text versions of our graphics whenever possible.
