Do you have 2 day shipping?
For orders OVER $100 we offer FREE FedEx 2Day shipping. The only exclusion to this policy is that if any items do not fit in a FedEx Express Pouch then we may have to send the remaining items via FedEx Ground.
What is the fastest shipping method?
If you are looking to get your package in a guaranteed amount of time, please consider using one of our paid services such as FedEx 2 day, Overnight, etc. We appreciate your patience!
Do you ship internationally?
*We will NOT ship ANY hemp products internationally, we will NEVER advise moving ANY hemp products across ANY international borders. That is at your own risk, should you decide to do so.*
How much is shipping?
Free Economy shipping is available for subscription orders over $50. One-time orders below $99.99 for Economy USPS will be $7. Expedited shipping is available too, for a fixed cost.
When will my order ship?
OVERNIGHT ORDERS:
- Orders placed AFTER 12 pm (Pacific Time) will SHIP ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY
- We cannot change or upgrade your shipping method AFTER an order is placed.
Is FedEx Ground the Fastest Shipping Method?
FedEx/UPS Ground is NOT a fast shipping method. It is more reliable and secure than USPS, which is why we use it. If you need your order quickly, please select Overnight shipping at checkout.
We understand our customers love fast shipping. Please understand that we have no more communication with shipping couriers than you do. We can only view the tracking on the order.
